Our Mission

The HELP Community Violence Intervention Program is dedicated to reducing violent crimes, particularly those involving firearms, by implementing proactive and community-centered strategies. Our mission is to enhance public safety and foster peaceful neighborhoods through evidence-based and evidence informed,  interventions, outreach, education, and collaboration with community stakeholders. 


We strive to empower individuals, families, and communities affected by violence by providing resources, support, youth mentorship, and opportunities for positive change. Together, we work towards creating a safer and more resilient society where every person can thrive free from the threat of gun violence. 

Our Instructors

All of our instructors bring a wealth of knowledge to the training room via educational certifications and life experiences.  We use credible messengers, a key resource in our training process.

Our Classes

We offer a variety of courses which include conflict resolution,  critical thinking, vape cessation, teamwork, overcoming biases, soft skills, professional development personal development, building your personal brand.
