Rites of Passage

Our Commitment

Providing structure for significant life events, helping individuals and communities understand and navigate major shifts in identity and social standing, thereby reassuring those experiencing change.

Our Approach

Each session is intentionally designed to challenge, educate, inspire and empower participants while building brotherhood and accountability among peers.

The culmination of the program is a powerful Sankofa Ceremony and Graduation Rite, where participants publicly demonstrate growth, leadership, knowledge, and commitment to becoming productive men within the community.

Our Target Audience

The Rites of Passage program is designed for young youth [ages 12-18]. The program aims to empower youth with tools for entering manhood. Parents are encouraged to participate, providing a meaningful way to support their children's growth.

The harvest we are cultivating

To see our children grow, we must care for them using the garden mindset. To reap a harvest, we must prepare the garden, plant the seed, nurture the seed, and watch it grow! The success of ROP isn't just individual achievement. It's a legacy! It's young people who grow into leaders and then turn back to lift others.

Plant your seed today!
